How to Work Together with Your Agent

People generally do not like working with Real Estate agents. As Americans, we are very independent, private, and a "keep to ourselves" group. We really don't want to tell someone private information unless we absolutely must. Unfortunately, working with an agent requires that we give away some of that privacy and independence, so we try to avoid working with one. Heaven forbid, if you talk to an agent it might mean that you’ll have to buy a home or be connected to that agent forever.

Most agents don’t bite, you just think they do. If you can find a good agent that you are comfortable communicating with, buying or selling a home is an easy task and you won’t lose any independence.
